Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Melaleuca linariifolia Sm. [MYRTACEAE] Flax-leaved Paperbark; Eucalyptus sp. [MYRTACEAE] Gum Tree (on flowers); Leptospermum sp. [MYRTACEAE] Tea-tree (on flowers); Baeckea sp. [MYRTACEAE] (on flowers)), volant.
Larva: wood-borer.
